One area of special event service that sets us apart from the competition is our on-site staffing. At every event we schedule a knowledgeable technician to be on location for the duration of the event. In some cases, due to event size, we may have several technicians available—some on-site and some on-call. Due to the very small window of opportunity to capitalize, it is imperative, in our opinion, to ensure all equipment is up and running with minimal delays due to mechanical malfunctions. Downtime can be devastating to bottom line figures as well as to the merchants depending on the cash supplied by our services.

Coastal Cash has company-owned funding for smaller events and six-figure funding through private investors for larger events. It takes a great deal of experience in this field to balance necessity and profitability. Without enough funding, the prescribed need for ATM services will not be met. Overfunding may not be an immediate concern for the promoter or host, but the longevity of the relationship between the event coordinator and the ATM facilitator will be determined by cost control. We feel this knowledge only comes through experience. Coastal Cash, over the years and through hundreds of events, has achieved this balance and as a result enjoyed many lengthy relationships with both event coordinators and private investors.
